 The Unseen World of Poppy Malone: A Gaggle of Goblins is about a girl named Poppy whose parents are paranormal investigators. She is completely sick of moving to “wherever the ghosts are”. Poppy is completely sure that all of these things are fake – until she sees a goblin in her attic. Eventually, she realizes that her little brother was taken by goblins, and she has to do something about it.

This book was pretty good. I liked it because Poppy has to deal with some normal things like annoying siblings, but also has to deal with things that would never happen in real life. The book also had humor and suspense. It is on a 4th-5th grade reading level and is probably appealing to girls and boys.
